CC Resolution No. 3710 RESOLUTION N0. 3710 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING SCHEDUL~ OF PAY GRADES FOR l'?' PUBLIC WORKS UNIT ' EMPLOYEES 'f~IEREAS, representatives of the employees in the Public Worlcs Unit and representatives of the City of,Cupertino have met and conferred in good faith in the areas of salaries, benefits and working conditions; and LJHEREAS, DZemoranda of Understancling between these parties have been agreed to by the parties and approved by the City Council;. and WHEREAS, the applicable Schedule of Pay Grades for the Public Works Unit has been revised pursuant to the Memoranda of Understanding and presented to the City Council; NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Cx~y Council of the City of Cupertino: 5ection l: That the Schedule of Pay Grades for the Public Worlcs Unit, ~hown as Attachment "A" hereto and by this reference made part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted. Section 2: That the effective date of this Schedule of Pay Grades shall be July ~1, 1974, replacing that Scheddle of Pay Grades dated .'Januar.y "9,: '1;974.
