CC Resolution No. 3683 . ' RESOLUTION N0. 3683 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ORDERING VACATION OF A PORTION OF PALO VISTA ROAD BETWEEN JANICE AVENUE AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD, PORTIONS OF BELLEViTE AVENUE EAST AND WEST OF PALO VISTA ROAD, PORTION OF RAMONA AVENUE WEST OF PALO VISTA ROAD AND A PORTION OF VENTURA AVENUE WEST OF PALO VISTA ROAD WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 3673 was held on June 4, 1974, at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California; and WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by law; and WHEREAS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it appears to be to the best interests of the City to vacate the hereinafter described por- tion of a city street; that said portion of said city street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: l. That all or any protests against the vacation of said portion of a city street be and hereby are overruled and denied; ' 2. That those certain portions of city streets described and shown in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made part hereof, be and hereby are vacated. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested to and sealed with the official seal of the City, to be recorded with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California, forthwith. No. 3683 Page 1 All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Palo Vista Road, Bellevue Avenue, Ramona Avenue and Ventura Avenue as said Road and Avenues are shown on that certain map entitled, "Inspiration Point, Monta Vista", filed in Book "P" of Maps at page 18, Santa Clara County Records, described as follows: PARCEL I The Southerly 20.00 feet of Bellevue Avenue (40.00 feet wide) bounded on the East by the Westerly line of Palo Vista Road and bounded on the West by the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Section 138-A as said road and section are shown on above said map. PARCEL II Bellevue Avenue (40.00 feet wide) bounded on the West by the Easterly line of Palo Vista Road and bounded on the East by the Southerly prolongation of the common line between Sections 45 and 46 as said road and sections are shown on above said map.
