LOCATION: On the common property line bordering the Intersil site and
the two northerlymost single-f amily residences served by

FURTHER FINDINGS: ~
The justification of this variance is undue hardship to the business '
due to trespassing problem. .
CONDITIONS: ~
1-14. Standard Conditions.
15. That the nine f t. high fence line be constructed in a manner
' as described by Exhibits B and C of S V-74, ~aith the exception
that a setback of three (3) feet the width of the barricade at
~ . the end of Meadow Avenue be incorporated into this solid nine
ft. wall. The three-foot setback area shall be landscaped in
a manner approved by the staff.
