A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CU~ERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TWO PARCELS 0~ I,~NA ~QC~TED QN
THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAGGIO CIRCLE ~I'EST OF BL,I~NEX' AyENUE~
OWNERS, VINCENT AND DOMENTCA MAGGIO; AUTHORIZTNG THE CITY
ENGINEER TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Ca,ty Council fox approval and
for authorization to record the fznal map o~ tuto paxcels of land located pn
the south side of Maggio Circle west of Blaney Avenue by Vi:ncent and Domeni;ca
Maggio; and
WHEREAS, these lots are already improved in accordance with City stan-
dards, and the owners are requesting that the existing lot line between the two
parcels be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map of the two parcels
of land located on the south side of Maggio Circle west of Blaney Avenue be
and the same is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized
to sign said final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this lst day of April , 1974, by the following vote:
