No, 5362, Ri_dgecre-st Part: Villas, located on McClel.l:3n Road westerly of Byrne Avenue, showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads, by Kaiser Aetna, a California General Partnership; and WHEPEAS, Lhere has been presented to the City Council a proposed agree-- ment for the construction of streets, curbs and gutters, and for other im- provemants, and good and sufficient' bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A", having been presented for the faithful. performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, TrERIF ORE, BE IT I:ESOLVED that said final. map of Tract No. 5362, Ridgecrest Par< Villas, be and the same is hereby approved; and the public service easements shown thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and the City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of Cupertino.
