RESOLUTION NO. 3101-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOP, ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM COMMAND PROPERTIES CORPORATION; LOCATED WITHIN CROSS-
ROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNIT 1, NORTHWEST CORNER OF
BANDLEY DRIVE AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 0.004 ACRE
WHEREAS, Command Properties Corporation has executed a dedication
which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.004 acre, located within
Crossroads A.ssessrtent District Unit 1, northwest corner
of Bandley Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino'accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authori-
zed to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this __lath day of T7inp- , 1973, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of that certain
parcel of land described in the Deed recorded in Book 5728 of Official
Records at page 283, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGTNNING at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel One, as said parcel
is described in said Deed, said corner being also the most southwesterly
corner of Tract No. 5162, recorded in Book 300 of Maps at pages 26 and
27, Santa Clara County Records;
thence along the southerly line of said parcel, being the northerly
line of Stevens Creek Boulevard as shown on said Tract No. 5162,
S. 89°55'27" W., 29.95 feet;
thence leaving said northerly line in an easterly and northeasterly
direction along a non-tangent curve to the left having a radius of 30.00
feet, concave to the northwest, whose center bears N. 0°04'33" W.,
through a central angle of 89°54'l1", an arc length of 47.07 feet to a
. point in the easterly line of said Parcel One, said easterly line being
also the westerly line of said Tract No. 5162;
thence along said westerly line S. 0°O1'16" W., 29.95 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Containing 0.004 acres, more or less.
