A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING = CUTION OF AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY
BELONGING TO ROBERT [rT. HITCF'!-%N AND BERNICE B. HITCH:1• :d,
CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, UNIT 1, PROJfCT 71-2
WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real property
from Robert W. Hitchman and Bernice B. Hitchman, more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference, in conjunction with the Crossroads Assessment District
Unit 1, Project 71-2; and
WHEREAS, the purchase price for the fee title to said real
property is the sum of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($45,000), and the City
has also agreed to pay the Hitchman's THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) to
cover the cost of relocation of the existing business now being operated
by them on said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
of the City of Cupertino be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute
an appropriate agreement with respect thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino this 16th day of April 1973, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Frolich, Jackson, Meyers, Sparks, Irwin
NOES: Councilmen - None

Al1 that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of
that certain parcel of land described in Deed recorded in Book 6051
of Official Records at page 105, Santa Clara County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Parcel No. 16 as
said parnel is shown on fhe Record of Survey, recorded in.Book 307
of Maps at page 29, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the
easterly line of said parcel, said line being the westerly line of
Saratoga-Sunnyvale,,Road, as shown on said map, S. 0°. 05' 29" E.,
75.00 feet; thence leaving said westerly line along the southerly
line of said parcel, S. 89° 58' 56" W., 110.00 feet; thence leaving
said southerly line along the westerly line of said parcel,
measured at right angles from said westerly line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale
Road, N. 0° 05' 29" W., 75.00 feet to a point on the northerly line
of said parcel; thence along said northerly line, N. 89° 58' S6" E.,
110.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
