CC Resolution No. 3101-46RESOLUTION NO. 3101-46 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING = CUTION OF AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT [rT. HITCF'!-%N AND BERNICE B. HITCH:1• :d, CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, UNIT 1, PROJfCT 71-2 WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real property from Robert W. Hitchman and Bernice B. Hitchman, more particularly des- cribed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, in conjunction with the Crossroads Assessment District Unit 1, Project 71-2; and WHEREAS, the purchase price for the fee title to said real property is the sum of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($45,000), and the City has also agreed to pay the Hitchman's THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) to cover the cost of relocation of the existing business now being operated by them on said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Cupertino be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute an appropriate agreement with respect thereto.
