A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT 71-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,
California, that the City may make and enter into an agreement
with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, dated and in
form this day presented to this Council, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, in
duplicate, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest his signa-
ture and to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino this 16th day of A=, it ,
1973, by the following vote:
