A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF REAL PROPE1TY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FRO`_I J. E. SPAIN
AND ADELIA J. SPAIN; APPROXI",TATELY 0.046 ACRE, LOCATED WITHIN THE
CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNIT 1, WEST SIDE OF SARATOGA-
SUNNYVALE ROAD, NORTH OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, J. E. Spain and Adelia J. Spain have executed a dedication
which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which is as follows:
All.that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.046 acres, located within
Crossroads Assessment District Unit 1, west side of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, north of Stevens Creek
Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 15th day of January 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Meyers, Sparks, Frolich
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Irwin

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of those
certain parcels of land designated as Parcels 1 and 2, described in
the Deed recorded in Bqok 3086 of Official Records at page 192,
Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northeasterly corner of Parcel No. 18 as said
parcel is shown on the Record of Survey, recorded in Book 307 of
Maps at page 29, Santa Clara County Records;
thence along the easterly line of said parcel, said line being the
westerly line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, as shown on said map,
S. 0°05'29" E., 100.00 feet;
thence leaving said westerly line along the southerly line of said
parcel, S. 89°52'36" W., 20.00 feet;
thence leaving said southerly line along a line that is parallel with
and 20.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles from said westerly
line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, N. 0°05'29" W., 100.00 feet to a point
in the northerly line of said parcel;
thence along said northerly line N. 89°52'36" E., 20.00 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.046 acres, more or less.
