A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM JOHN SAICH,
LORRAINE SOUSA, ANNE SAICH, ROBERT SAICH AND RALPH SAICH; APPROXI-
MATELY 0.230 ACRE LOCATED WITHIN THE CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
UNIT 1, WEST SIDE OF SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD, NORTH OF
'STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, John Saich, Lorraine Sousa, Anne Saich, Robert Saich, and
Ralph Saich have executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
the fee title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in
the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.230 acres, located
within Crossroads Assessment District Unit 1, west
side of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, north of Stevens
Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby author-
ized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City_ Council of the
City of Cupertino this 15th day of January , 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Meyers, Sparks, Frolich
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Irwin

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel
of land designated as Parcel 2 and described in the Deed recorded in Book
9815 of Official Records at page 471, Santa Clara County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of Parcel No. 10 as said parcel is
shown on the Record of Survey recorded in Book 307 of Maps at page 29,
Santa Clara County Records;
thence along the westerly line of said parcel, N. 0°07'04" W.,165.17 feet
to the most northwesterly corner of said parcel;
thence along the northerly line of said parcel, N. 89°55'03" E.,60.00 feet;
thence leaving said northerly line along a line that is parallel with and
60.00 feet easterly, measured at right angles from the westerly line of said
parcel, S. 0°O1'04" E., 145.24 feet;
thence along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 20.00 feet,
through a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc length of 31.42 feet, to a
point in the southerly line of said parcel, being the northerly line of
Alves Drive as shown on said map;
thence along said northerly line, S. 89°58'S6" W., 80.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Containing 0.230 acres, more or less.
