A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM DANIEL T. IZU AND CHIZUKO M. IZU; APPROXIMATELY 0.031
ACRE LOCATED WITHIN THE CROSSROADS ASSESSEMNT DISTRICT
UNIT 1, WEST SIDE OF SARATOGA•-SUNNYVALE ROAD, NORTH OF
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS Daniel T. Izu and Chizuko M. Izu have executed a dedica-
tion which is in good and sufficient form granting to th0 City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title
to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B-1&B-2 attached
hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain'real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.031 acres, located within
Crossroads Assessment District Unit 1, west side of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, north of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of -the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 15th day of January , 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Meyers, Sparks, Frolich
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Irwin

All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being
a portion of that certain parcel of land designated as Parcel
1 and 2, descri'bed in the Deed recorded in Book 7357 of
Official Records at page 152, Santa Clara County Records,
more particularly descri'bed as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel No.
3 as said parcel is shown on the Record of Survey, recorded
in Book 307 of Maps at page 29, Santa Clara County Records;
thence along the southerly line of said parcel, said line
being the northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard as shown
on said map, S 89° 55' 27" W, 51.90 feet to the southwesterly
corner of said Parcel No. 3, said corner being the south-
easterly corner of Parcel No. 2 as shown on said map; thence
along the southerly line of said Parcel 2, said line being the
northerly line of said Stevens Creek Boulevard, S 89° 55' 27"
W, 37.99 feet; thence leaving said northerly line of Stevens
Creek Boulevard along the westerly line of said Parcel No. 2,
N 0° 04' 33" W, 15.00 feet; thence leaving said westerly line
along a line that is parallel with.and 15.00 feet northerly,
measured at right angles from said northerly line of Stevens
Creek Boulevard, N 89° 55' 27" E 37.99 feet to a point in the
westerly line of said Parcel No. 2, said westerly line being
the easterly line of said Parcel No. 3; thence continuin~
along said parallel line, N 89° 55' 27" E, 51.90 f eet to a
point in the easterly line of said Parcel No. 3; thence along
said easterly line, S 0° 04' 33" E, 15.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Containing 0.031 acres, more or less.
