A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM PHILIP DELLUOMO; APPROXIMATELY 0.017 ACRE LOCATED
WITHIN THE CROSSROADS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNIT 1, WEST
SIDE OF SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD, NORTH
OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Philip Delluomo has executed a dedication which is in
good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.017 acres, located within
Crossroads Assessment District Unit 1, West side of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, north of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this.15th day of January , 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Meyers, Sparks, Frolich
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Irwin

All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, 5tate of California, being
a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Deed
recorded in Book 8386 of Official Records at page 433, Santa
Clara County Records, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel No. 1,
as said parcel is shown on the Record of Survey, recorded in
Book 307 of Maps at page 29, Santa Clara County Records; thence
along the southerly line of said parcel, said line being the
northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard, as shown on said map,
S 8~° 55' 27" W, 47.99 feet; thence leaving said northerly line
along~the westerly line of said Parcel No. 1, N 0° 04' 33" W,
15.00 feet; thence leaving said westerly line, along a line that
is parallel with and 15.00 feet northerly measured at right angles,
from said northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard, N 89° 55'27"
E, 47.99 feet to a point in the easterly line of said Parcel No.2;
thence along said easterly line, S 0° 04' 33" E, 15.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.017 acres, more or less.
