RESOLUTION NO. 3000-9
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
BLANEY AVENUE, ET AL. STREET WIDENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AD 70-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,
California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of this City has ascertained
the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality
in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of
a similar character to that described in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 3000, adopted December 21, 1970;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and
contained in the specifications for said project, copies of
which are on file in the office of the Director of Public
Works and also in the office of the City Clerk of said City;
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said. specifica-
tions is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing
rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to
that above described in the locality in which such public
work is proposed to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed
under said Resolution of Intention.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the"City
Council of the City of Cupertino this 17th• day of May,
1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Fitzgerald, Frolich, Green, Stokes, Noel
