A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE FOR A PORTION OF
THE DONALD JOZOVICH PROPERTY FROM TRANS -WEST SECURITIES
CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; APPROXIMATELY
0.015 ACRE LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE
SOUTHERLY OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Trans -West Securities Corporation, a California Corpora-
tion,.has executed a Deed of Partial Reconveyance for a portion of the
Donald Jozovich property which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
the fee title,to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate
in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which is as
follows:
All that certain zeal property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.015 acre located on the
Easterly side of Blaney Avenue Southerly of Stevens Creek
Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 18th day of October — , 1971, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Fitzgerald, Frolich, Irwin, Stokes, Noel
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - None

All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, measured at right
angles, the Westerly line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Blaney
Avenue, 40.00 feet wide, distant thereon S. 0°13' E. 129.10
feet from the point of intersection of said line with the
dividing line between Lots 6 and 7, as said Avenue and said
Lots are shown upon that certain Map entitled "Map of the
Price Subdivision, being Lot 4 of the Craft Estate Partition,"
which Map was filed for record on December 27, 1911 in Book N
of Maps at Page 74, Santa Clara County Records; thence along
said Easterly line S. 0°13' E. for a distance of 64.54 feet
to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 7, said corner being
the terminus of the Westerly line being described.
Containing approximately 0.015 acres, more or less.
