A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE FOR A PORTION OF
THE JERIMIAH FITZGERALD PROPERTY FROM TRANSAMERICA TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION;APPROXIMATELY
0.081 ACRE LOCATED WESTERLY OF BLANEY AVENUE
BETWEEN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
AND FOREST AVENUE
WHEREAS, Transamerica Title Insurance Company, a California Corpora-
tion, has executed a Deed of Partial Reconveyance for a portion of the
Jeremiah Fitzgerald property which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City o'f Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the
fee title to certain real property for roadway purposed, situate in the
City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit. "A" and Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State California,
consisting of approximately 0.081 acre, located
Westerly of Blaney Avenue between Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Forest Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 18th day of October , 1971, by the following
vote:

NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - None
ABSTAINED: Councilmen Fitzgerald

All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land thirty (30.00) feet in width, measured at
right angles, the Easterly line thereof being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southerly line
of Lot 34 with the centerline of Blaney Avenue,as said point is
shown on that certain Map entitled "Monte Vista, surveyed and sub-
divided under the instruction of Christmas & Orvis Co., by Curtis
M. Barker and Utschig, licensed Surveyors," which Map was filed
for record on July 20, 1906 in Book "L" of Maps at Page 43, Santa
Clara County Records; thence N. 0°21'20" W, along said centerline
for a distance of 129.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Parcel
No. 2 as described in that certain Deed to Jeremiah J. Fitzgerald
et ux, which Deed was filed for record on September 1, 1965 in
Book 7090 of Official Records at Page 468, Santa Clara County
Records.
Containing approximately 0.081 acres, more or less.
