RESOLUTION NO. 3000-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM JOSEPH JOZOVICH AND MARY JOZOVICH LOCATED ON THE
EASTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE LETWEEN STEVENS CREEK
BOULEVARD AND PRICE AVENUE; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
0.015 ACRES
WHEREAS, Joseph Jozovich and Mary Jozovich have executed a dedica-
tion which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.015 acres, located on
the easterly side of Blaney Avenue between Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Price Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 18th day of October 1971, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Fitzgerald, Frolich, Irwin, Stokes, Noel
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - None

All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, measured at right
angles, the Westerly line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Blaney
Avenue, distant thereon S. 0°13' E. 64.55 feet from the
point of intersection of said line with the dividing line
between Lots 6 and 7, as said Avenue and said Lots are
shown upon that certain Map entitled "Map of the Price
Subdivision, being Lot 4 of the Craft Estate Partition,"
which Map was filed for record on December 27, 1911 in
Book N of Maps at Page 74, Santa Clara County Records;
thence S. 0°13' E. along said Easterly line for a distance
of 64.55 feet to the terminus of the Westerly line being
described.
Containing approximately 0.015 acres, more or less.
