CC Resolution No. 3000-26RESOLUTION NO. 3000-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM VINCENT MAGGIO AND DOMENICA MAGGIO LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE BETWEEN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVA_2D AND REGNART CREEK; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.045 ACRES WHEREAS, Vincent Maggio and Domenica Maggio have executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made 'a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.045 acres, located on the westerly side of Blaney Avenue between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Regnart Creek. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this resolution. No. 3000-26 All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows: A strip of land 13.50 feet in width, the easterly line of which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian with the original Westerly line of Blaney Avenue (33 feet wide) as established by Charles D. Blaney; thence South along said Westerly line for a distance of 144.91 feet to the Northerly line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed to Vincent Maggio et ux, which deed was recorded January 9, 1962 in Book 5424 of Official Records at Page 641, Santa Clara County Records; containing 0.045 acre, more or less.
