CC Resolution No. 3000-23RESOLUTION NO. 3000-23 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM CAROL JANE MURDOCK AND MILDRED M. BALLARD LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE SOUTHERLY OF PRICE AVENUE; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.064 ACRES WHEREAS, Carol Jane Murdock and Mildred M. Ballard have executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.064 acres, located on the easterly side of Blaney Avenue southerly of Price Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
