A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM CAROL JANE MURDOCK AND MILDRED M. BALLARD LOCATED ON
THE EASTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE SOUTHERLY OF PRICE
AVENUE; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.064 ACRES
WHEREAS, Carol Jane Murdock and Mildred M. Ballard have executed
a dedication which is in good and sufficient form granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee
title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the
City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.064 acres, located on
the easterly side of Blaney Avenue southerly of Price
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 18th day of October 1971, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Fitzgerald, Frolich, Irwin, Stokes, Noel
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - None

All that certain real property situate in the City of
~ ~ CupeLtino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
. ~ particu~arly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Easterly
line of Blaney Avenue with the Southerly line of Price Avenue,
as said avenues are shown upon that certain Map entitled "Map ~
of the Price Subdivision, being Lot 4 of the Craft Estate
Partition," which Map was filed for record on December 27, 1911 ~
~ in Book N of Maps at Page 74, Santa Clara County Records, said
point being also the Northwesterly corner of Lot 14 as shown
upon said Map; thence S. 0°13' E, along said Easterly line for .
a distance of 255.38 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 15
as shown upon said Map; thence N. 89°36' E. along the Southerly
line of said Lot 15 for a distance of 10.00 feet; thence
N. 0°13' W. along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet •
(measured at right angles) from the said Easterly line for a
distance of 235.44 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the
right having a radius of 20.00 feet and a central'angle of 89°49'
for an arc distance of 31.35 feet; thence N. 0°24" W. for a
distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the said Southerly line of
Price Avenue; thence S.~89°36' W, along said Southerly line for
a distance of 29.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
