CC Resolution No. 3000-19RESOLUTION NO. 3000-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING DEDICATION uF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PJRPOSES FROM LOYD E. MORRIS AND FLORA MAE MORRIS LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF BLANEY AVENUE BETWEEN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND PRICE AVENUE; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.015 ACRES WHEREAS, Loyd E. Morris and Flora Mae Morris have executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of -Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the.City of 'Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B",. attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.015 acres, located on the easterly side of Blaney Avenue between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Price Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so.tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this resolution.
