A RESOIATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM J. L. EICHLER ASSOCIATES, INC.
fF WHEREAS, J. L. Eichler Associates, Inc., a corporation, has executed
a grant deed which grant deed is in good and sufficient form granting all
right, title, and interest in that certain real property consisting of
approximately .193 acre, located on the northeasterly corner of Pendleton
Avenue and Laurentian Way, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made part hereof; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be to the best interest of the City of Cupertino
to accept grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I.T RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to cause
delivery of a certified copy of this resolution into escrow with the `'alley
Title Company, 2L7 South Mathilna avenue, Sunnyvale. California, to be
recorded with aforesaid grant deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Cupertino, this 12th day of May 1969, by the
following vote:
