A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING DEED FROM FOOTHILL JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT
DE ANZA, ET AL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 66-1
WHEREAS, Foothill lunior College District has executed a deed of dedi-
cation, which deed is in good and sufficient form, conveying that certain
real property for public street purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" as
followa:
All that certain real property si[uate in the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, consisting of approximately 1.339 acres
located on the southerly line of Stevens Creek and
said line being also [he westerly line of Stelling
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept
eaid deed so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Citv Clerk be and is hereby authorized
to record said deed and this Resolution.

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
Santa Clara County, State of California, bounded and deacribed
as followa:

described as Parcel No. 15 in the deed to Euphrat, recorded in
Book 6177 of Official Records of Santa Clara County at pages
325 to 328, and as shown and delineated on that certain map
entitled, "Record of Survey of Land of Heaulieu Company and
Future Location of Foothill College Site No. 2", which map was
I filed for record in Book 115 of Maps at page 35, Official Records
of Santa Clara County, more particularly described as follows:

' SEGINNING at the Northwestern corner of the Parcel No. 15 as
' aforesaid; and running thence Easterly along the Southerly
line of Stevens Creek Boulevard at 60 feet in wid[h South 89~
i 15'43" East 1000.00 feet to the Northeastern corner of said
Parcel No. 15; thence along the Eas[erly line of eaid parcel
' and along the Westerly line of Stelling Road at 40 feet in
width South 0°49'17" West 95.11 feet; thence North 89°43'10"
West 25,00 feet to the lntersection with a line drawn paral-
lel to and distant Wes[erly at right angles 45.00 feet from
the centerline of Stelling Road as aforesaid; thence Northerly,

with a line drawn parallel to and diatant Westerly at right
angles 45.00 feet from the centerline of Stelling Road as
aforesaid; thence along said parallel line North 0~49'17"

the point of beginning end containing 0.265 acrea of land,
