DE ANZA ET AL IMPROVEI~NT DISTRICT 66-1 i

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, ~
California, that
WI-IEREAS, by Resolutions No. 1381-26 and the City
Attorney and the law firm of 47ilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch were
authorized to effect the settlement of the following parcels for
the following sums:
