i DE ANZA, ET AL., IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Nd. 66-1

i RE50LVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,

~ California, that

' ~ l. The public interest, convenience and necessity require
~
` the fallowing changes and modifications in the acquisit~,ns and
i ~
E improvements ordered to be made, the boundaries of the assessrnent
~
f district formed, and the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution
` of Intention No. 1381-3, adopted by this Council on January 3, I
~
j 1967, to wit:
~ a) Addition of the acquisition of easements necessary to
widen McGlellan Road to a uniform width oP 60 feet in that portion~
of McClel3an Road oui:side the City limits of the ~:ty of Cuoer- ~
, ` tino which is westerly of a point about 1133 feet westerly of the I
center 13.ne of Stelling Road (being the partion of said Road Frhich~
~ fronts the parcel of land designated as Assessment Parcel 2~umber ~
' S on the revised boundary map hereinafter referred to) and the ;
j improving thereof by elearing and grubbin~, grading, subgrade I
' i preparation, base pave~nent and wearing surface, asphalt feather- ~
j ing, Concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, traffic bars, strip- ~
in~, storm drain pipe, catch basins, manholes and appurtenances, ;
fire hydrants, electroliers and street signs. I
! b) The acquisition of a21 lands and easements and the con- ~
struction of all work auxiliary to any oP the above and necessary i
~ ~ to complete the s~me. ~
' c) Revision of the boundaries of the assessment district ~
to be assessed, which revised boundaries are hereby described as i
!t sho~m on a revised map of the assessment district on file in the ;
office of the City Clerk, reference to such map being hereby macle j
!j for particulars, which map contains the name of the City and a disj-
tinctive designation in words or by number of the district shok~n I
i~ thereon and the word "Revised."
! d) Revision of the assessment diagram to show the boundar-
' i~
ies and.dimensions of the respective subdivisions of land within
the territory added to ss.id assessmen~ district by the revision
of the boundaries thereof as above provided, each of which sub-
; divisions sha.ll be given a separate number on said diagram.
' ~ e) Inclusion in the assessment h eretofore ap roved and
j confirmed of Assessment t1o. 5 in the acnount of $3,11~.78.

2. The ovmer of the property affected by said changes and
~ modifications, being Assessor~s Paxcel No. 360-29-50, having re-
i quested in writing that said changes and modifications be made,
~j said changes and modifications are hereby ordered made.

3. The total assessment in these proceedings is hereby in-
il
;i creased from $1,670,062.69 to $1,673,177.47.
I 4. The Engineer of Work shall and he is hereby directed to ~
t
change and modify plans and specifications of the improvements to ~
conform hereto; the revised estimate of costs and expenses and i
revision of the assessment filed by the Engineer of Work pursuant
j' to Resolution of Intention to Make Chan~es and Modifications, I
I
~ Pdo. 1381-24, adopted by this Council on May 1, 1967, is aoproved
I
i and confirmed only with respect to the additional acquisitions
~ and improvements and the inclusion of individual Assessm~nt No. 5 j
i ~
as hereinabove ordered; the City Clerk sha11 and he is hereby i
I directed to include said Assessment No. 5 in the amount of i
I i
~$3,114.78 and to make said ehange in the total assessment on the ~
: face of the assessment heretofore filed in his office and ap-
~ I
;
' provec? and confirmed by this Council; and the Superintendent of
~ Streets shall and he is hereby directed to record in his office
~
~ revised Assessment Diagram filed in these proceedings and to in- ,I
I
clude said Assessment No. 5 in the amount of ~3,114.78 and to I
j~ make said change in the total assessment on the face of the I
~ I
~ Assessment heretofore recorded in his office. I
