RESOLUTION N0. 1381-27
' A RESOLUTION ORDERING CORRECTION OF ENGINEER'S REPORT
DE ANZA ET AL. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 66-i
RESOLVED, by the City Counc3l of the City of Cupertino,
California, that
WFIEREAS, it has been determined that the acquisition cost
for Parcel 12-1 in the Engineer's estimate of cost, prepared as
' part of the Engineer's Report pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
' tion No. i381-3, adopted January 3, i967, was computed on '
' 0.063 acres rather than the correct acreage o£ 0.115 acres,
resultin~ in an initial cost of $1,575.00 rather than $2,875.00;
' WHEREAS, the property owner has been notified of the cor-
rect amount;
2dOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Engineer of Work is hereby authorized and
rlirartad to correct the Engineer's Report on its face, to show
Lhe £ollowin~ acquisition cost and computation thereo£, for
parcel No. 12-1:
Parcel No. Area Cost
12-1 0.115 $2,875.00
2. That the amount of the increase in the cost for said
parcel shall be taken from the contingency allowance, thereby
reducing said allowance to $40,184.00. ,
3. That the plat attached to said Report and showing said
parcel shall be corrected accordingly.
