RESOLUTION N0. 1381 - 12
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
DeANZA ET AL. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 66-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,
California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. ~381-3 adopted
' by this Council on January 3, 1.967. The Notice of Sale, in form
to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
' banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds at
least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds, said mailing
to be accomplished by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch on behalf of
said Clerk. Said hid~ to be :e~e3•:ed st 2:0o P.MO'clock
P.M, on April 6, 1967, and will be referred to and considered
by the Council at its meeting at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on April 10,
1967.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,
' unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
