I AN OADINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPFRTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIHATELY .25 GROSS
ACHES FROM R1-10 TO BA; LOCATED ON THL' NORTHEAST SIDE OF
MANN DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 100 FT. NORTBERLY OF TNE INTER-
SECTION WITH DOS PALOS ~OURT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTIhO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO?iS:
WHEREAS. on December 7. 1979. an application was filed by City o£ Cuper-
cino (Mann Drive Pump and Storage Facility) (Application 26-Z-79) for the
rezoning of property from R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft.
minimum lot size) zone to BA (Public Building); and ,
WHEREAS upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WHFREAS, the praperty to be rezoned is preaently in an R1-10 (Residential,
aingle-family, 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
tdtiEREAS, a map of the aubject property is attached hereco as Exhibit
"B" as a propoaed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cuper-
tino.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is rezoned to a BA (Public Building) zone. subject to conditiona listed
in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhlbit "B" attached hereto is made part
of the riaster Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ita passage. ~

tino this 3rd day of March , 1980 and ENACTED at a regular meeting
