Ordinance 0987 ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 987 ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF QJPERTINO AHENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONINC APPROXIMAtELY .60 GROSS ' ACRES FROM R1-10 TO P; LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER ~ OF BLANEY AVENUE At~D PRICE AVENUE . THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CDPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on December 7, 1979, an application vas filed by Dorothy Held- man (Application 28-Z-79~ for the rezoning of property from R1-10 (Reaiden- tial, single-family, 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot area) to P(Planned Develop- ment vith single-family residential cluster intent} zone; and NFiFREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- mission reco~ended to the City Council that che Rezoning be gran[ed; and WtiEREAS. the property to be rezoned is presently in an R1-10 (Residen- cial, single-family, 10,000 sq, ft. minimum lot area) zone; and FIHEREAS, a map of the aub]ect property is attached here[o as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cuper- tino. NOW, THIItEFORE, SE IT ORDAINID AS FOLLOh'S: Section 1. That the propertq described in attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Development vith single-family residential cluster intent) zone, subject to conditions listed in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City af Cupertino. Section 2. This ordiaance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage.
