Ordinance 0979 ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 979 AN ORDINANCE OF T8E CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY PREZONING APPRORIMATELY .4 OF A GROSS ACRE FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY CN TO CITY OF CUPER- TINO P ZONE; LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PASADENA AVIIiSJE AND GRANADA AVENUE . THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on December 7, 1979, an application vas filed by William L. Carmen (Application 27-Z-79) for tha prezoning of property fsom Santa Clara County C:1 (;leighborhood Co~ercial~ [o City of Cupertino P{Planned Devalop- aent with cotrmercial and residential intent) zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- mission reco~ended to the City Council that the Prezoning be granted; and WFIEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara County CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zone; and WHEREtLS, a map.of the au5ject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertim . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby is prezoned to a City of Cupertino P(Planned Development srith commercial and residential intent) zone. subject to tfie conditions liaCed in attached Fachibit "C"; and that Euhifiit "B'~ attached hereto is made parc of the Master Zoning Map oE the City of Cupertino.
