Ordinance 0973 ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 973 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIHATELY .5 OF A I GROSS ACRE FROM R1-10 TO R1C; LOCATED ON TFiE EAST SIDE ' OF VISTA DRIVE APPROXI?tATELY 350 FT. SOUTHERLY OF FOREST ' AVENUE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTZNO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSs WHERFAS, on October S, 1979, an applicatian was filed by WTW - Warren Whalep (Shutts S Schwimmer) (Application 23-2-79) for the rezoning of property from R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone to R1C (Residential, single-femily cluster) zone; and WEiEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- > mission recoffiended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and IdHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot aize) zone; and WHEREAS, maps of the aubject property are attached hereto as Exhibits "S" and "B-1" as propoaed amendmeats to the Master Zoning Map of the City af Cuper- tino. NOW, THEREFORE. B~ IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Fachibit "A" be and hereby is rezoned to an R1C (Residential, single-femlly cluster) zoae, subject ~ to conditiona liated in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibits "8" and "B-1" atcached hereto are made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage.
