AS 'FOLLOWS:" 4.19 ACRES LOCASED AT THE. NORTHWEST' CORNIIt
OF THE T,VTERSECTION OF LOCKWOOD DRIVE AND VOSS AVENUE
FROM PR TO P ZONE; 6.19 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND
VOSS AVENUE FROM BA TO PR ZONE WITH THE RFIIAINING 3.53
ACRE PORTION OF THE SCHOOL SITE FROM BA TO P 20NE
TfiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on Noveciber 9, 1979, an application Was filed by the City of
Cupertino (Application 25-Z-79) for the rezoning of property from PR (Public
Park/Recreation) and BA (Public Building) zones to P(Planned Development
with residential uae intent with a density range of 4 to 8 dwelling units
per acre) and PR (Public Park/Recreation) zones; and
[1HERF~IS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
?+iHEREAS. the property to be rezoned is presently in the following zones:
4.19 acres located at [he nortMrest corner of the intersection of Lockwood
Drive and Voss Avenue - PR (Public ParW Recreation); 6.19 acres loca[ed at the
northweat corner of the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Voss Avenue -
BA (Public Building); 3.53 acre portion of the school site - BA (Public
Building); and
SdHIItEAS. mapa of the subject property are attached hereto as Exhibits
"A-2", "B-2" and "C-2" as proposed amendments to the *laster Zoning Ptap of
che City of Cupertino.
NO[d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOFIS:

and "C-1" be and hereby is rezoned to the follewing zones: 4.19 acres loca[ed
at the northwest corner of the intersection of Lockwood Drive and Vosa Avenue -
