AN ORDINANCE OF TEiE CITY OF CiTPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 50 GROSS
ACRES FROK P TO P; LOCATED ON THE SOUTAEAST CORNE& OP
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND DE ANZA BOl1LEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on Ju1y 17, 1979, an appllcatioA vas filed by the City of
Cupertino (Application 24-Z-77) for the rezoning of property from P(Planned
Developmeat) to P(Planned Development vith residential, co~ercial and office
use inteet); and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WHERF.e1S, the property to be rezoaed Sa presently in a P(Planned Develop-
ment) zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhiblt
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cuper-
tino.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINID AS FOLLOHS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Developmeat vith reaidential, courmerclal and
office use inteat) zone, subject to the documen[ entitled "City of Cupertino
Conceptual 2oning Plan - Tovn Center Property"; and [hat Exhibit "B" attached
hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ita passage.
