THE CITY COtRICIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

view Terrace (Application 22-Z-79) for the rezoning of property from
R1-B6 (Residential, single-Eamily, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to P
(Planned Develop¢:ent with -family clueter intent} zone; and
WIIEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Conr~ission recommended to the City t;ouncil that the Rezoning he granted;
and
WHEREAS, the property to 6e rezoned is presen[ly in an R1-B6 (Res-
idential, single-fa¢ily, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
I+?HEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"8" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cuper-
tino.
tiOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINID AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Tha[ the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be
and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Development with single-familp cluster
intent) zone, subject to conditions listed in attached Exhibit "C"; and
that Exhibit "B" atcached hereco is made part of the Master Zoning Map
of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
