THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE CITY OF CU'PERTINO DOES OP.DAffi AS fiOLLOWS:
WIiEREAS, on September 5, 1919, an application was filed by Catherine
Ainsworth (application 19-Z-79) for the prezoning of property from Santa
i Clara County R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot
' slze) to City of Cupertino pre R1-10 (Residential, single-family. 10,000
sq. fc. minimum lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Plaoning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning ba granted; and
WtiEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara Caunty
R1-10 (Residential, eingle-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone~ and
tJHEREAS, a map of the subjec[ property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to [he Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
;IOW, TEIEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLIAwS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit ".1°-be and
hereby i~ prezoned to a City of Cupertino pre R1-10 (Residential, single-family,
10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereco
is made part of the "laster Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and 6e in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
