AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTZNO AMENDING SECTION 1
' OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONIt7G APPROXIMATII.Y 1.8 GROSS
ACRES FROM R1-10 AND R3 TO P; LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 300 FT. WEST-

, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO[iS:
WtiEREAS, on August 10, 1979, an application was filed by SEM Develop-
cenc Company, Inc. (Application 15-Z-79) for the rezoning of property from
R1-10 (Residential, singl rfamily. 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot aize) and R3
(Residential, multiple family) to P(Planned Development with commercial
and office use intent); and
WFIEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing [he Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council [hat the Rezoning be granted; and
i~hiEREaS, the property to be Rezoned is presently in an R1-10 (Resi-
den[ial, single-family, 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) Zone and an R3
(Residential, multiple family) 2one; and
IIHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhihit
"S" as a propoaed amendment to [he Master Zoning t~iap of the City of Cuper-
tino;
NOW, THEFtEFORE, BE IT ORDAINID AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Tliat the property deacribed in attached Exhibit "A" be
and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Development with commercial and office
use intent) Zone, subject to the findinga and subconcluaions listed in
attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" a[tached hereto is made part of
the ?laster Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
