ZONE; LOCATED ON THE NORTfi SIDE OF OROGRANDE PLACE
~I APPROXIMATELY 230 FT. WESTERLY OF STELLING ROAD
THE CITY COONCIL OF TtiE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WkiERF11S, on Auguat 10, 1979, an application was filed by Regnart
Creek Estates (Iv"fW - tdarren Whaley) (Application 16-Z-79) for the pre-
zoning of property from Santa Clara Coun[y A(Agricultural) to City of
Cupertino P(Planned Development with aingle-family residential intent)
zone; and
tiFiEREAS, upan due notice and after one public hearing tlie Planning
Commission recommended to [he City Council that [he Prezoning be granted;
and
l~tiFREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara
Cuunty A (Agricul[ural) Zone; and
WHERFAS, a map of the subject proper[y is attached here[o as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendmeat to the I~faster Zoning Map of the City of Cupet-
tino.
NOW, TH£REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLL0415:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be
and hereby is prezoned to a City of Cupertino P(Planned Development with
single-family residential intent) Zone, subject to flndings liated in atcached
Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master
Zoning Hap of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
