THL• CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF CtiPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A2tENDMENT.
Section 11.12.030 is aaended to include the following:
11.12.030 Establishment of prima facie apeed limits. The prima
facie speed limits on certain streets or highways, situated within the
City of Cupertino, State of California.

:tILLER AVEWE pzeaently or hereafter within the City 30 miles per hour
of Cupertino, and sitaated betveen Bollinger Road and
Stevens Creek Boulevard
STELLING ROAD presently or hereaf[er within the City 35 miles per hour
of Cupertino, and situated between Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Prospect Road
fL1I:iBOW DRIVE situated betWeen Saratoga-Sunnyvale 35 miles per hour
Road and Steiling Road
PROSPECT ROAD situated between Saratoga-Sunnyvale 30 miles per hour
Road and Stelling Road
SECTION 2. URGE:7CY.
This ordinance 1s hereby declared an urgency measure and ahall be in full
force and effect immediately upon its enactment. The facts constituting
such urgency are as followa:
Tt~e City Council of the City of Cupertino finda that a Traffic and Engineering
Survey on [he sub,~ect sections of roadway is required, [hat enforc~eat of
that speed limitchrough the use of radar will not be valid until this ordinance
is effec[ive and signs are posted and that it is the best interest of safety -
co the motoring public that radar enforcement be accomplished.
