Ordinance 954 . _ ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 954 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 . OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.5 GROSS ACRES FROM R1 TO P; LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILD- FLOWER WAY APPROXIPfATELY 200 FT. EASTERLY OF POPPY WAY THE CITY COllNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPFRTIHO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on July 6, 1979, an application was filed by J.M.T. Develop- ~ent Company (Application 13-Z-79) for the Resoning of property from R1 (Single-family residential) to P(Planned Development with residential cluater intent) zone; and WHIItEAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- aission recommended to the City Council Chat the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an R1 (Single-family residential) zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, TtIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That che property described in attached Exhibic "A" be and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Aevelopment with reaidential cluster intent) zone, sub~ect to conditiona llsted in attached Exhlbit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master 2oning :tap of the City of Cuper- tino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force [hirty (30) days after its passage.
