AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTZON 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPRO&IMATELY ONE ACRE
F$OM R2-4.25 TO P; LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
FOOTtIILL BOULEVARD AND MC CLELLAN ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C2TY OF CUPIItTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~ WHEREAS, on June 7. 1974, an application vas filed by Martin-Hayea.
Inc. (Application 11-Z-74) for the rezoning of property from R2-4.25 (Rea-
idential. Duplex, 4.25Q aq. ft. minimum lot aize) to P(Planned Development
, with aingle-family residential intent) zone; and
WFiEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
ouncll that the Rezonin be ranted•
Commisaion recommended to [he City C B S .
and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned ia preseatly in an R2-4.25 (Res-
idential, Duplex, 4,250 sq. ft. minimum lot aize) zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property 1a attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be
and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Development r+ith eingle-femily resi-
dential intent) zone, subject to conditions listed in attached Exhibit "C";
and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto ia made part of the Master Zoning Map
of the City of Cupertiao.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) daya after ita passage.

Cupertino this 6ttday.of AuQUet , 1979, and ENACTED at a regular meeting
