ORDINANCE N0. 944
AN ORDiNANCE OF THE CITY OF CllPERTINO AtiENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPRO%IHATELY .6 GROSS
ACRES FROI4 ML-rc TO P ZONE; LOCATED ON THE SOpTHWEST
, CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOtJLEVARD AND BIJBB ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOGS:
WFiEREAS, on May 3, 1979, an application was filed by Nassan Amer (Ap-
plication 8-Z-79) for the rezoning of property from MI,-rc (Light Induatrial)
to P(Planned Development with coa~ercial and office use intent) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and af[er one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the Ci[y Council that [he Rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an MI.-rc (Light
Industrial} zone; and
«FiEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Fachibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Maeter Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLIAWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is rezoned Co a P(Planaed Development vi[h cot~ercial a~d office
use intent) zone; aubject to conditions liated in attached Exhibit "C"; and
that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map uf the
City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This otdinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City oE

of the City Council of the City of Cupertino thia lth day of Austust, 1979,

BEGINNING at a point in the former Southerly line of Stevens
Creek Boulevard, at the point of intersection thereof with
the Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way;
' thence from said point of beginning, along the Westerly line
of said parcel South 18° 59' 15" East 287.19 feet;
thence North 57° 98' 35" East 116.29 feet to a point in the
Westerly line of Bubb Road;
thence along said Westerly line of said Hubb Road along the arc
of a curve concave Easterly, from which point a radial bears
