Ordinance 932 I . . . . . . . . ~ ~ . . . . • O ORDINANCE N0. 932 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO At~NDINC SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONINC APPRORIHATELY 0.6 ACRES FROM CG TO P ZONE; LOCATED ON THE NOR1tIWEST CORNEA OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND VISTA DRIVE THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS on April 6. 1979. an application vas filed by BAS Homes, Inc. (Application 6-Z-79) for the rezaning of property from CG (General Cownercial) to P(Planned Development vith comroercial and office use intent) zone; and WHEREAS. upon due notice and after one gublic hearing the Planning Com- mission recommended to the City•Council that the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, Che property to be rezoned is presently in a CG (General Commer- cial) zone; and ~ WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Mas[ex Zoning Hap oF the City of Cupertino. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOLiS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby is rezoned to a P(Planned Development with commercial and office use intent) zone, subject to the conditions listed in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thizty (30) days after its passage.
