NORTfiERLY OF TEE INTERSECTION WITB PACIFICA DRIVE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on November 7, 1978, an application was flled by Amaral S Blanco (Application 20-Z-78) for the rezoaing of property from R1-10 (Reaidential, single-family~ 10,000 sq. ft. miaimum lot size) to R1-7.5 (Residantial, single- family, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum loc size) zone; and WHERE~IS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- mission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and iv'HEREAS, the proparty to be rezoned is preseatly in an ?t1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WfiEREAS, a map of Che subject property is attached hareto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed ameadment to the Haster Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. :lOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAI:iED AS FOLLOWS: Sectioa 1. That the property desczibed in attached E~ibit "A" be and here6y is razoned to an R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. miaimum lot size) zoae, and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the :faater Zoning Map of the Citq of Cupertino. No. 912 :f BEGINNZNG at a 3/4 inch iron pipe driven flush in the center line of the Blaney Road at the Northwesterly corner of that certain 59189 a~ re tract conveyed by John P. Crossley, et ux, to E. E. Newton, by Deed'dated January 9, 1912 and recorded in Volume 380 of Deed s, at page 267, said point of beginning being•also at the Southwesterly corner of the Price Subdivi- ' sion, and running thence Southerly and along the center line of said Blaney Road and Westezly line of said 58.89 acre tract, South 13.56 chains to an uriderground 2" x 3" stake marked "H.1" set at the Westerly comnon corner of said 59.89 acre tract aixi that certain 33.474 acre tract conveyed by E. G. Hall, et ux, to Morqan E.
