Cavallaro, Branch Attorney for Lavyera Title Ineurance Corporation dated April 4, 1978. 2. That tha approval 18 for che modification of fence locations on Lota 19 through 27 as submitted by the applicant. The fence adjuatment on Lot 6 ia aot approved. The applican[ ehall submit a reviaed plan which reflecta the Exhibit A-1 as approved by the Pianning Co~ission. The reviaed plan should reflect the original intent of matataining the viev co r zidor through Lota 6 and 7 to the common open apace area beyond. 3. The easements shall be approved by the homeownera aeaociation.
