Nevman. Douglns (c/o Richard Childress) (Applica[ion 7-Z-78) for the prezoning of 36.3 acres from City of Cuper[ino pre R1-100 (Residential, Single-family, 100,000 sq. ft. minimum lot area per dwelling unit), pre R1-40 (Residential.
