ORDINANCE N0. 862
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPExTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N4. 2 BY PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.19 ACRES
FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY CG TO CITY OF CUPERTINO P;
LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND SOUTEiWESTERLY OF SANTA CLARA
AVENUE HIDWAY BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND ALHAMBRA AVENUE
TliE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIJPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, oa July 12, 1977, an application was filed by Oxbow Land and
Development Co. (Application 14-Z-77) for the prezoning of property fzom Santa
Clara Councy CG (General Commercial) to City of Cupertino P(Planned Develop-
ment with duplex reaidential intent); and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara County
CG (General Commercial) Zone; and
WHERFAS, a map of the aubject property is attached here[o as FacMbit
"B" as a propoaed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLONS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is prezoned to a P(Planned Development with duplex residential inteat)
Zone, subject to conditioas listed in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit
"S" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoaing Map of the City of Cuper-
[ino.
Sec[ion 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ita passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuper-
tino thia 21st day of February , 1478, and ENACTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 6th day of March ,
1978, by the following vote:

CONDITIONS:

special conditiona enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exiet,
the special conditions eaumerated herein ahall apply.

tion 14-Z-77 and the preliminary plot map labeled Exhibit B of Applicatioa
14-Z-77 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
