OF QRDINANCE N~. 2 BY PREZONING SEVEN EXISTING LOTS OF

ACRES IS TO BE PREZONID TO R1-80 ZONE, 3.26 ACRES IS TO
BE PREZONED TO R1-120 ZONE. AND 5.30 ACRES IS TO BE PRE-
ZONID TO R1-200 ZONE; LOCATEB ADJACENT TO AND WESTERLY
OF REGNART ROAD APPROXIMNTELY 3,000 FT• SOUTHERLY OF THE
INTERSECTION OF REGNART ROAD AND LINDY LANE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1977, an application was filed by the City of
Cuper[ino (Application 29-Z-77) for the prezoning of.property from Santa
Clara County RHS (Residential Hillaide Variable Slope District) consisting of
14.9 acres of vhich .6 acrea ia to be prezoned [o R1-20 (20,000 aq. ft. minimum
lot size), 3.80 acres ia to be prezoned to R1-40 (i acre minimum lot size),
2.00 acres is [o be prezoned to R1-80 (2 acre minimum lot aize), 3.26 acrea
ia to be prezoned to R1-120 (3 acres minimum lot size), and 5.30 acres is to
be prezoned to R1-200 (5 acrea minimum lot slze); and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and af[er one public heariag the Planning Com-
miasion recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara County
RHS (Residential Hillaide Variable Slope Dlstrict) Zone; and
WHEAEAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"g" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLONS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is prezoned to an R1-20 (20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot aize) Zone, an
R1-40 (1 acre minimum lot size ) Zone, an R1-80 (2 acre minimum lot size)
Zone. an R1-120 (3 acres minimum lot size ) Zone and an R1-200 (5 acrea
minimum lot size) Zone, and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto ia made part of
the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. Thia ordinance shall [ake effec[ and be in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuper-

of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 6th day of March ,
