OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPRORIMATELY 2.03 ACRES
FROM A1-43 ZONE TO P ZONE; LOCATED AT 10710 NORTH BLANEY
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
ylkiEREAS, on Septeaber 20, 1977. an application was filed by Dividend Development
Corporation (Application 27-Z-77) for tha rezoning of property from'A1=43
(Agricultural, residential~ 1-acre lote) Zone to P(Planned Development
with mini-etorage and reaidential uae intent) Zone; and
WHERFAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Co~isaion recommended to the Ci[y Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned ia presently in an A1-43 (Agricultural
residential. 1-acre lots) Zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hareto as Exhibit
"g" as a•proposed amendment to the Haster Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, TKE1tEFORE. BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property deacribed in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby ia rezoned to a P(Planned Development with mini-etorage and reeiden-
tail use intent) Zona, subject to conditione lieted in attached Exhibit "C";
and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto ie made part of the Master Zoning 2lap
of the City of Cupertiao.
Section 2. This ordinace ahall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ita passage.

CONDITIONS
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
apecial conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict doee
exiat. the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval ie based upon Exhibit A of 27-Z-77 as mey be amended
by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The 108 x 150 dimenaional reaidential site is designated for a reaidential
land use rrith an allowabl~ naximum dwelling unit per acre intensity range
of 4.4 to 7.7 dwellings per groas acre. The final density. tenancy type,
and deaign shall be determined in con,junction with a uae permit applica-
tion as provided by the Planned Development Zoning Ordinaace, The exist-
ing single-family reaidential dwelling use mf?y remain indefinitely.
I
