EASTERLY OF THE INTERSBCTION OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND NO. DE ANZA BOULEVARD ' WHEREAS, on September 16, 1977, an application vas filed by Pete and Marlene Sulaver and Marilyn and A1 Hiatt (Application 22-2-77) for the of property from CG (General Comaercial) Zone to P(Planned Develop- ment with co~ercial and professio~al offlce uae intent) Zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- miasion reco~nended to the City Council [hat the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, [he property to be rezoned is preaently in a CG (Ceneral Commercial) Zone; and WkiEREAS, a map of the suhject property is attached hereta as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino: NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
