ORDINANCE N0. 827
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OP CUPERTINO AI~tENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONINC APPROXIMATELY .39 AGRES
FROM R3 20NE TO R2-4.25 ZONE; LOCATED EASTERLY OF AND
ADJACENT TO TERRY WAY AT ITS SOllTfiERLY TERMINUS
THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1977, an application was filed by Mey Invesi-
men[ Company (Application 23-Z-77) for the rezoning of property from R3 (Rea-
idential~ multiple) Zone to R2-4.25 (Residential, duplex, 4.250 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) Zone; and
WHERF.AS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
miasion recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, [he property to be rezoned ia preaently in an R3 (Residential,
multiple) 2one; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property ia attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed a~ndment to the Master Zoning Hap of the City of Cupertino:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINID AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is rezoned to an R2-4.25 (Residential, duplex, 4,25U aq. ft. per dwel-
ling unit) Zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto ia made part of the
Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance ahall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
daya after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuper-
tino this 7th day of November , 1977, and ENACTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the Ci[y of Cupertino this 21st ~y of November ~ 1977, by
the following vote:
