AN OR!)1NANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AFtENUING ORDINANCE N0. 533
REGULATINC STOYYING, STANDING OR PARKING ON YUBLIC STREETS, AND
YROVIUING FOR SIGNS NUTIFYINC THE PUBLIC THEREOF, AND FURTHER
PROVTDING FOR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 533 is hereby amended, as of the effective date of this
Ordinunce No. 817, as Follows:
SECTION 1 Amendment to Section 10.2: Parking prohibited during certain
hours:
Section 10.2 of Ordinance No. 533 is hereby amended to include the fol-
lowing enumerated a[reet on which no person shall stop, stand ot park any
vchicle as defined in the Vehicle Code of California on any day excep[ as
herein provided on the following etreet, or portions of street, aithin
[he City of Cuper[ino be[ween the respective houra set opposite the name
of said street, to wit:

SECTION 2. S[atement of Urgency.
This ordinance ia enac[ed as an emergency ordinance. The facts constitu[ing
the urgency are the icunediate neceseity of providing parking control during
certain hours of the night in the intereat of public safety.
