(Application 10-Z-77) for the prezoning of property from Santa ' Clara County CN (Neighborhood Cammercial) Zone and R3-2.2 (Multiple-family Residential) Zone to City of Cupertino P(Planned Development with aingle-f mnily cluster, reaidential, multiple-family reaidential and commercial uae intent) Zone; and WHEREAS. upon due notice and after one public heariag the Planning Com- miseion recommended to the City Council that the prezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara County IN(Neighborhood Commercial) Zone and a Sauta Clara County R3-2.2 (Multiple- family Residential) Zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a proposed amendment to the Maeter Zoning lfap of the City of Cupertino; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following described property be and hereby is pre- zoned to a City of Cupertino P(Planned Development with eingle-family cluater, residential, mul[iple-family residential and commercial uae intent) Zone, aub~ect to conditiona aet forth in Planning Commission Reaolution No. 1106, attached hereto as E~chibit "B" and that Fxhbiti "A" attached hereto ia made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino: All that certain real property aituate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California; approximately 5.2 acrea located at the northwest corner of che intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Stevena Creek Boulevard, more fully described in attached Exhibita "A" and "B".
